Can you give me recommendations for which outdoor carnivorous plants will be most likely to sucessfully overwinter in my area? I live in central Massachusetts.

You are likely in zone 6, so nearly all of the US species will grow well for you outdoors. The main issue is always providing the proper winter care, such as mulching, whenever the temperature dips below 20癋. This is true whenever you grow container plants, carnivorous or otherwise. If you have an in-ground bog garden, your plants will be better protected. We have many customers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan and Illinois who have successfully overwintered their plants outdoors by following our recommendations for mulching.
