QuestionHello,
I think that i have a Judith Hindle. Here in Socal, the temperature has been around 50 during the night, and 70 during the daytime. Are these Temperatures ok for dormancy? or should i bring the plant indoors for the winter? I also have a vft. How is the temp for the vft?
Thank you very much for advice
-Jake
AnswerHi Jake,
No, it's not necessary to bring your plants indoors. In fact, that would do more harm than good! Continue to grow your Sarracenia and flytraps outside. In southern California, your plants will experience a mild winter dormancy, which is enough for them.
