QuestionI have a small pot of garden rue. I think it's a herb... because that's what google says.
I kinda having some problem with it... I live in Malaysia so the weather here is hot and rainy.
1. It never flowers
2. The bottom leaves seems to be drying up. I removed all the dried leaves and branches and now the plant seem to only have stems with a few branches at the tip. Though, it's growing new leaves... why is it drying up?
I water the plant once a day in the morning. Is it because the soil is loose? Because water would leak out when I water it. But I read that rue needs sandy and well drained soil. I'm really confused...
AnswerSoely:
Rue does need well drained soil, but it do need need to be water daily.Too much moisture is1 problem. It mut have the eastern sun first and late sun rest of day. Try to shelter it with filtered sunlight thru bushes or trees. Good luck.
