freezing herbs


Question
Please could you tell me which herbs out of the daily used herbs / vegetables (mint, basil, cilantro, parsely, rosemary, spring onions, dill, spinach, ginger, garlic) can be frozen and out of those can any be used as fresh once frozen. Can you tell me the best way to freeze them.

Also, which vegetables can I make the best use of when frezing and how...eg. tomatoes.

I can only give you of a few herbs that I have frozen and did well.
Mint,ginger, parsley, rosemary,garlic. Allow to thaw out a little before  putting in recipe. Try putting basil in ice cubes. Basil in just bags will turn black. Others can also be tried in ice cubes.
