Before I purchase your book, I want to make sure I'll need it.So here is my question, " Can I have an organic garden on land near the water?  We are in the process of buying a waterfront property and I am all excited about growing herbs and vegetables.

I must tell you that you may not need my book. It does not give anything special about organic gardening,but about herbs that I have grown & names they are called around the world. Try literature by Elliot Coleman & Tom Debaggio & other gardening books.Herbs will grow near waterfront if soil is not soggy,too sandy fill with rocks & gravel. Garden should face east or south. Have soil tested by local extension service for mineral content.
