hello,this will be a interesting question and answer I am sure.
I had a heart attack at 44 due to arterial scerious. I now have stint. this is three years later and I a jock** i ride 12 miles at least 3 times a week on a mountain bike and I due some muscle exeercises. now my army hospital doctor told me I can take l argine and i due 3200 a day powder but i have eratile problems and i due take blood pressure meds even thou i don't have high blood pressure they said at hospital to take to keep careful incase of another heart attack. anyways the two pills are low dose and i take a baby asperin.noe does maca raise blood pressure cause i can buy in mix with arginine. also i brought heart attack on with heavy excerzise and heavy smoking with too much drink peridically. smoking always heavy. give some recomensations please and i submit to army doctor for okay. thanks lex

If your dr approves the use of arginine then use it.  It can help your erection problem and also your heart.  Only with his approval.  I recommend taking vitamin b-6 and 100 milligrams of vitamin c with the arginine.  Also ask him when to take it.
