Question
I ACCIDENTALLY SPRAYED SEVEN SPRAY ON MY BASIL,OREGANO AND SAGE.  DO I NEED TO DISCARD AND START OVER OR WILL THE SEVEN DEGRADE ENOUGH TO BE SAVE TO USE THE HERBS?

I do not know what the seven spray is? Keep an watchful eye on each plant for curling of the leaves or burned conditions. If so, I would start over, since the season is early. I would use liquid fish fertilizer to feed all herbs & veggies. This may be obtain from home depot/lowe's. Good luck.
