I have chamomille and passionflower growing in my garden.  What part of the plant do i use to make tea (leaves? flower petals?) and how do i go about this.  How much of the plant would it take to make a cup of tea, and do i use it straight from the garden of would it have to be dried first?

I am not familiar with the name of the herbs you provided.  Can you give me the Chinese Pinyin name of the herbs?

Generally, the herbs which are made for tea are in dried form.  The part of the herb used depend on the type of herb and the property of the herb intent use.
