How do i treat a cold sore or herpe that appers everytime i get the sniffles? What herbs will help to cure this re-acuring sore.

Hi Lana, and thanks for asking.  Those things can be so annoying and I can give you something that really works.

Go to any health store or pharmacy.  Get some L-Lysine.  I prefer the capsules but it is available in tablet form as well.  If you have an outbreak go ahead and take it 4 times a day until the sore dissappears.  Then try taking just 1 capsule daily for maintenance.

Please try it.  The results will please you Im sure.

Do some relearch first if you like.  L-lysine is one of the amino acids, is natural, and works unbelievably well.  Please keep me informed.
