Dr.Tran,
   I want to know if I will be able to take this Medicine for weight lost. I am 63 years old take vestoec 20mg. for high blood pressure. I take Previcid,Paxil 12.5mg. Zocor 40mg. They say the Hoodia is all natural with no stimulants in it. I want to know if you know about it and if I will be able to use Hoodia to control weight lost. I know some one who is taking it and it really works but I want to know if you think i am a candiate for Hoodia. Please respond as soon as possible. All of my health problems are under control and I do not want to do nothing that will upset it.

Dear Linda,

I have not heard of Hoodia.  I won't be able to give you information on it.  However, I do suggest that it may be in the best interest of your health to consult with an Acupuncturist or Chinese herbalist regarding to the issue.  These practitioners will be able to manage your conditions as a whole instead of one condition at a time. Each condition is stemmed from one root which caused health issues one at a time like a dominoe effect.
