 hi..my girlfriend is now going through menopause, and has probs with the crying for no real reason stuff; what kinds of things would you recommend she take in order to get rid of these type probs?  thank you!!

You might get her some black cohosh, dong quai.  They contain plant estrogens.  There are combinations also that are good.  You may want her to have some damiana or maca capsules.  They would increase her sexual appetite and her enjhoyment of sex.  Does she still have orgasms regularly?
