Question
Hi, I live in a major city appartment with no access to a yard of any kind. I  also would like to grow some herbs.  Specifically, lavender, white sage, and rosemary. Can I successfully grow these indoors in plant pots, or will they die?

Sorry to say, yes! THEY WILL DIE. The 3 plants are outdoor and can't stand the indoor conditions. It is late to start them and the growing indoors won't help at all. If you can place them on an outside ledge,this may give them a chance into fall.
