Questionhello i m suffering from insomina
i have disterbance in my sleep time may wake @ night sleep @ noon may be still awake for more than 24 hours & in contrary i may sleep for 13 hours
thats horrible , i lost my appetite , ability to work , feeling as drunk all the time
whats that ?
how can i cure ?
is it any remedy by herb can cure that make me eliminate this disterbance

AnswerI am so glad you are asking. There are some excellent sleep aids that I use and people I love use them with good results. Melatonin is widely used and is worth trying. Some herbs that help me are valerian root(a very relaxing sleep aid) and many companys sell a capsule with valerian and other herbs in combination. One of those may help you. Kava kava is very good to help you to relax, it really is not a sleep aid but it will relax your body and I use it to relieve tension headache. Vitamin World sells a product that is not expensive. It's Aveena Sativa with ginseng(very mild,use it as an alternative later). I use it most nights now. It is relaxing and you need to know it may give you a sexual boost as well.
To help you sleep I recommend trying melatonin or valerian. It may help you to use one for a while then use the other for a few nights. Please let me know whether this helps or not. Much information for these natural sleep aids is available on the internet and in books.
