AnswerHello Jenny -
Gingko Biloba is an excellent supplement to increase brain activity and studies have actually shown that it will help reduce chances of Alzheimers Disease as you grow older.
Multi-vitamins usually do not have interactions with herbal supplements but you may want to check with your healthcare provider if you have any specific ailment concerns.
Gingko Biloba should not be taken if you are currently taking any heart related conventional medications i.e.: blood thinners, high blood pressure, heart murmurs, etc. Gingko Bioloba does not allow for proper absorption of these conventional medications and therefore will not allow them to work at their optimim potential to address a heart related condition.
I make a apecially blended herbal tea to assist with brain function it is called "Brain Tonic". It does contain Gingko Biloba as well as other stimulant herbs which help to increase memory. It has had good results with many of my clients.
I hope this information has helped you.
