Question
avecado
Hello, I'm growing avecado, it has two branches, I think now I have to put it in the soil, should I have to cut one branch completely ? Thanks in advance
AnswerHi there,
Yes it is overdue to move your Avocado to a small pot (about 4" diameter) filled with damp potting mix. There is no need to prune off one of the stems. Don't worry, they are not competing with one another nor will they detract from one another in any way.
You may want to pinch out new growth as it emerges because that will encourage further branching.
I also suggest moving it to your sunniest windowsill for optimum growth.
