i snapped of the crown on one of the heads of my dragon tree will it get a new crown i am so upset

You can take the top that you accidently snapped and remove the lower leaves. Then dip it in rooting hormone then insert it in a fresh pot of soil and this time of year you have around a 70% chance that it will root and grow a new plant.  Yes, your dragon tree will grow a new top. In fact it will send out several new shoots to grow tops. In my opinion your plant will look better if you only allow 2-3 grow. It could grow as many as 5 or 6. That is just my opinion. Good luck!
