QuestionI have a rabbits foot fern that is a couple of years old. I mist it frequently every week, water it sparingly, have it hanging near a window that faces south. (I live in FL on the gulf coast side.) The rhizomes (rabbit feet) are long and curling, but it has only a few fronds. What am I doing wrong?

You are not watering frequently enough. Misting doesn't really help so it doesn抰 count toward watering. The roots (not to be confused with the rhizomes) of the fern need to be surrounded by constantly damp soil. If you increase your watering, I think you will see some improvement in the foliage growth on the rhizomes.
