I have a yucca plant , I have noticed that the leaves of this plant became brown with some yellow color , can you explain what is the trouble increas/decrease water , pls advise by return with many thanks .

The leaf discoloration symptoms you described are generic symptoms with several possible causes.
It is not uncommon for older (lower) leaves to discolor and die as new leaves are added on top. As long as the plant adds as many leaves as it loses, then you have no cause for concern.
Otherwise, the most common causes of excess Yucca leaf discoloration are inadequate light and improper watering. When kept indoors, Yuccas must be located immediately in front of a sunny, uncovered window. If your Yucca is more than a meter away from the window, then it is not getting adequate light.
Allow the top quarter of the soil to dry out before watering thoroughly. Keeping the soil constantly moist will cause the roots to rot and the leaves to discolor.
Finally, I will note that Yuccas do best when tightly potted. Moving this plant unnecessarily into a larger pot will often lead to leaf discoloration and root rot.
