QuestionI have a Philodendron plant that is getting brown spots on its leaves, what can I do?
AnswerHi Gina,
It sounds as if you are overwatering the plant or you have put it in direct sunlight.
Philodendrons are low light plants that can not handle direct sunlight. If it is, move the plant out of direct sunlight.
As a general rule for watering plants, allow the top 1-2 inches of soil to dry between watering then water just enough for a small amount of water to drain out of the drainage holes in the bottom of the pot.
I hope this helps. If you have any questions or need additional information please don't hesitate to ask.
Thanks
Tracy
