lucky bamboo stalk turning completely yellow

hi i was given a lucky bamboo plant for my birthday about a year or so ago and it been through tough times it fell once got the buds fallen off but grew a new one back now recently i was moving furniture and the plant was on top it fell along with my other bamboo plant the rocks and plant went on the floor that was actually a rug covered in dust and i carefully rinsed my bamboo plant the rocks added fresh distilled water to the pot and put it back also added fertilizer the plant was doing ok  until three days ago one of the three stalks turned yellow from the leaves down today the roots were a lilttle black at the tip of this one stalk so i took it out and put it in tap water and ,liquid fertilizer but first i cleaned it please help me im panicking i don't want my luck bamboo plant to dies please tell what you think that i should do that would be best for this plant thank you.

You need to change the water on lucky bamboo at least every 2 weeks. The fertilizer you added may be too much for the plant and causing it to burn, making the leaf yellow.
