Answer
Essam,
1st thing is that many nematodes are beneficial often attacking plant damaging micro-organisms in the soil. So if you are sure they are causing damage to your plant and you see visible signs of plant nematode damage here's a few things you can do.
Take the plant out of the pot and knock any loose dirt and dispose of it. Repot the plant in a new pot using a good sterile indoor potting mix.
Water your plant based on how much it weighs when thoroughly watered VS when it is ready to be watered again. Plants die from too frequent waterings, not from how much water you give them at one time. Many soil bug problems are caused by watering too frequently. Pick up or lean the pot and feel how heavy it is after watering it thoroughly. Don't water it again until it feels considerably lighter and the top of the soil is light in color...You can always poke your finger into the soil if you are not sure...Depending on plant types, sunlight exposure and pot size plants will need water at many different rates from once a day to once a month or more...
According to some plant sites (gardenguides.com) spraying sugar water on the foliage of the plant will kill nematodes. Watering with water that has safer soap pesticide in it can also help...
Most sites also recommend adding a sunlamp to heat up the foliage and help kill the damaging nematodes. Make sure you do not put it too close to the plant or it will burn the foliage. Remove damaged parts of the plant that have obviously been caused by the nematodes.
As nematodes are microscopic they are hard to diagnose other than looking at the damage they cause...Visit a local garden center for more help and advice...Take a damaged leaf in a sealed plastic bag for them to examine...

Hope this helps.
