the leafs have yellow spots with a brown ring, can you please tell me whats wrong and how to fix it? Thank You

It sounds like a fungal infection. You may be able to stop it by spraying all the leaves of the plant making sure you get both the front and the backs of all leaves and the surface of the soil every 3 days for 1-2 months. You can use the generic version of Lysol spray that you can get at a dollar store or the grocery store. It is the easiest and the mildest fungicide that is safe for using in your home. You have to do it consistently for a couple of months or it will come back and destroy the plant. Good luck.
