QuestionI have notice that on Lucky Bamboo plants, the top rocks that cover the soil appears to be glued. Where can I purchase this type of glue or how can I make my own.

Why do you want to? The first thing I do when I purchase a plant with glued together stones on it I take a screwdriver and pry the stones off so the roots can breathe and I can tell if the plant is wet or dry. Most plants with glued together stones die quickly. If you really want to do that I believe the glue used is the extra thick version of Aleene's Tacky Glue. It is white and dries clear. It is available at craft stores. Good luck!!
