AnswerHi Rakesh,
Lucky Bamboo is not actually a Bamboo or even a Bamboo relative. To propagate Lucky Bamboo, you would have to use cuttings from Dracaena sanderiana stems and root them in water. Once the roots are an inch or longer, the cuttings can be placed in a small pot with standard potting mix or they can be left to grow in plain water.
I am not familiar with plants that are native to your area.
