You can try it but your diefenbachia may be a hybrid (DNA from two different plants was combined to make yours) so you could get plants that look like the parent or like either of the 2 different grandparents. The plants you get from the seed could be cool or really weird. If you like trying things do it and see what you get. They are best planted fresh out of the pod. Good luck.
