Question
Just got a chance to see the plant over gf house. she left it outside all day and watered it. Now all the leaves are hanging down even the new one that was growing and have either dried up or have become spotted.

Was the soil dry when she watered it? She has to allow the soil to get dry before watering it. Does the pot have a drain hole in the bottom? Water it and then empty the drain tray under it so it is not setting in a tray full of water. It cannot stand to sit in water. It may be wind damage since it has not been outdoors much. Keep it indoors  now next to a window so it is not getting wind while it is recuperating. Never never allow it to sit in standing water. Follow all the other instructions I sent you yesterday but keep it inside out of the wind until it grows a new leaf. Then put it out in the shade in a location that it won't get too much wind. More plants are killed from too much water than too little. It is a plant that needs to get dry before being watered. Good luck.
