QuestionMy plant bloomed, will it bloom again, I cut off the dead flowers the plant seems to be resting ( not dying) When will the new leaves start to grow again? I checked in the center of the flower stalk, and no new leaves. Should I feed it now?? or just water ?
thank you Pattie
AnswerPattie,
You can feed it beginning in March. It will probably bloom again next year about the same time. Do not repot it. This plant prefers to be rootbound and will be more likely to bloom again if it is rootbound. Do not overwater it, do not water it with water that has fluoride, do not keep it constantly wet. If you have more questions feel free to write again. Good luck.
