Question
I rec'd a plant that has big multi-colored leaves (approx. 4-8" long & 2-5" wide). The leaves are a bit thick & bit glossy (but not to much).
The inside colors range from yellow, peach and dark pink on a long dark green leaf that is somewhat oval w/ very a tiny point on the tips.
I'd really appreciate any ideas or knowledge on these. Thank you.

I believe you have some type of Croton. Do a Google image search under this name and confirm that this is what you have. Then get back to me and I will provide care instructions once I know for sure what you have.
