Question
I recently got to fairly large house plants. One a corn (cornstalk) plant and one Dragon tree. I neglected to see if they were toxic to dogs. I have 2 goldens. I have found may sites that say these plants are toxic...my question is how toxic. Upset stomach toxic or dead dog toxic. Also, how much would they have to eat to cause problems. So the bottom line here is do I need to immediately get rid of these plants or do I take the chance and know if my dog does decide to make a snack out of them h may be sick but will be ok.

They are very toxic to all animals but usually the animals are intelligent enough to leave them alone. If the dog messes with the plants a lot I would get rid of them or place them in a room that the dog does not spend time in. Good luck.
