QuestionWhat kind of lily is this and can I grow it?
by growing, can I somehow take cuttings off of it and make it root again? it's pretty!

Your picture is of white tiger lilies. No, you cannot root a cutting but you can get a division of it if you have a friend with a plant. They spread a lot so you can dig up a small section of it and have your own plant. It is an outdoor plant and not a houseplant. The following websites have complete care instructions:
