i  have a mass cane and i have it in my livingroom near the window.will this plant grow inside/ an also do this plant attract bugs .

A mass cane should not be in sunlight. Too much sun is a problem for this plant, it needs bright light but no sun.

It is an indoor plant and would not do well outdoors in too much sun. Also outdoors the wind could tear it up.

All plants attract fungus gnats if they are kept too wet and the roots begin to rot. This plant needs to dry out well between waterings. Do not water it until it has been dry for 2 days.

Other than that it does not attract insects. Good luck.
