Why is my umbrella plant keep droping leaves and the new growth is also not growing well.

You have not told me anything about how you are growing it, how old it is or how often you water it? Am I supposed to guess??? My quess would be that you are either keeping it in too dark a location, it loves the sun and needs as much actual sunshine shining on it as possible.

Or you are keeping it too wet. It has to be in a pot with a drain hole and a draiun tray under it. After you water it you need to emmpty the drain tray. Then you should not be watering it again until it has been dry on the soil surface for at least 3 days. If you increase the sun and cut back on the water it should solve your problem.
