QuestionQUESTION: I need to know if it needs to be restrung and some of the leaves have back spots on them is that good or bad it is in a highly lit area and i drenche it once a week. I love this plant
I hope you can help Kathy
ANSWER: Kathy,
I have one too and love it. It only needs restrung if it seems loose. The black spots are spores or seeds. It soundsw like you are doing a good job and it is very healthy. Good luck.

QUESTION: how do you restring it should I take it to the shop I Bought it from or can my husband and I do it and not kill it.
Thank you so much
AnswerKathy,
Without seeing it close up I cannot give you explicit instructions on how to restring it. I can tell you that if it is on a wooden plaque and it is held on with wire you need to get the same type of wire and screws and fasten the new screws into the plaque then fasten the wire on one side wrap it around the plant to the other side of the plaque around the screw on that side and then back around the plant to the first side of the plaque again. If you are not comfortable with doing that yourself then it would probably be best for you to take it bck to the shop you purchased it from and adj them to do it for you. Goood luck.
