My draceana fragrans to my surprise has just flowered what shold i do when the flowers die off?

Cut off the flower stalk and keep doing exactly what you have been doing. You must be doing an excellent job of growing it since they rarely bloom and yours did. If you have more specific questions feel free to write again. Good luck.
