QuestionI have a root bound scheffelara in a pot under my patio. I would like to plant it in my flower bed on the east side of my house. HELP!!!
AnswerLou,
I have no idea where you live so I can't come help you. You don't have a question here. Remove the schefflera from the pot and take a sharp knife and cut the roots down the side so they dont keep circling the rootball then dig the hole where you want to plant it and plant it there. It the soil is poor ad some potting soil and a bag of plany sand. I am assuming you live in a tropical area since the plant is already living in a pot under the patio. You can always put a smaller plant of some kind in that pot. If you have more questions write again with a specific question. Good luck.
