I brought this plant 6/29/08 and high light only. Would that direct sun. I have a pouch but no shade until evening. What should i do

Arboricola is the dwarf sister of scheffleras. High light indoors means sitting by a south facing window with the window covering open from dawn to dusk. High light outdoors means full sun to light shade. Your porch will be fine. Do not transplant it to an oversized pot, one that is more than 4 inches larger than the pot it is in and do not overwater it. Overwatering will cause black leaves, underwatering will cause shriveled leaf tips. If you have more questions feel free to write again. Good luck.
