I have a palm tree that has been turning brown,haven't been over watering what could be a cause for this problem and how I solve it.

A palm tree turning brown is caused by either too much or too little water or too little light. You have to solve which ever problem is causing it. It would be helpful to know what ind of palm tree it is? Where it sits, how close to a window and what direction the window faces? How large the pot is that it is in? How often you water it amd how much? Good luck.
