I just purchase a majestic palm plant. My plant is dying.  The leafs are benting. How can I take care of this plant.

I do not undertand what you mean by "The leafs are benting." It is probably not getting enough sun, this plant needs full sun all day long. It would prfer to be by a south facing patio door with drapes open all day so it gets sun all day long. It also likes high humidity in the air but doesn't want to sit in standing water. You may be overwatering the plant. You should water it and an hour later you should empty the drain tray under the plant. It should not sit with a drain tray full of water. You can use a turkey baster to suck the excess water out of the drain tray. Then do not water the plant again until the surface of the soil is dry.  You can put a humidity tray under the plant so water can evaporate around the plant but the roots cannot suck the water up.
