Can I make this plant a house plant and hang it? How do I take care of it indoors?

I had never heard of it before, so in researching it I discovered it is considered to be a weed from Arizona. I would say you can give it a try and I would treat it like a cactus. Grow it in a sandy soil. Keep it in a very sunny location and only water it when it is very dry. That is how I would suspect it would grow outdoors in Arizona. Good luck with your project. Let me now how it goes in a few months.
