QuestionI watered my rhapis palm when you were here on Fri. and it is still drooping a bit
but not as much. Should I water it more now-Sun or wait? I don't want to drown
it but because it was kind of dry when you visited I wonder if it needs more. Soil
is still damp but not wet at all. Thanks LIsa
AnswerHi Lisa,
The fronds have bounced back as much as they are going to at this point. After being kept too dry for an extended period, leaves permanently lose some of their turgidity and never fully recover after that.
Water your Rhapis when the surface to top half-inch of soil dries out.
