Question
I rec'd a money tree 5 years ago.  It has been beautiful until recently.  I have transplanted it only 2 times since I rec'd it.  This last time, the bottom leaves began to turn yellow and fall off.  Also there is a sap coming from the stem and under the leaves but in the same time, it hasa huge new shoot coming off the top.  I have over watered it or under watered it?  I usually water it once a week or less depending on if the soil is dry or damp.  Some of the leaves are even falling off in the middle.  What is this sap coming from it?
I don't want it do die since it is gorgeoous and was a git.

Can you send me some pictures showing me the problem? Also how tall is it? What is the diameter of the pot it is in now? What was the diameter of the pot you moved it out of? How long ago did you repot it? Is the sap clear or a color?
Do you see any little spots on the under side of the leaves that have sap on them and can you scrape the spots off with your fingernail? Let me know and email the pictures to [email protected]
