QuestionI recently re-potted a philidendron monstera. It is on my porch with moderate sunlight. It seems to have been shocked by the re-potting. Anything I should do to help it?
AnswerRichard,
Cut back on the water so it doesn't feel swamped. Keep it on the dry side for the next 3 months. It will be happier. Most house plants really prefer to be a bit root bound. Whe you repot you should never go to a pot more than 2 inches larger than the old pot so they don't go into transplant shock. Good luck.
