Question
what can i do for my plants? i noticed that the leaves have little holes in them and some leaves are turning yellow and brown.  this morning when i looked at the plants soil i noticed littel white bugs and redish bugs with legs.  after doing some research i think the might be spider mites. what can i do?  i love my plants and need to help them ASAP.

If you do have spidermites heres what you do:
First you could try adding a little dish soap to your water and give the soil a good soak. Do that a few times and if it doesn't work move on to phase two.
Take the plants out of the soil and give them a good washing with soap and water, roots included. Then throw out all the old soil in the pots and wash them thoroughly. If you're crazy (like me) you can soak the pots in bleach to make sure all the mites/eggs are gone.

If parts one and two don't work or if you're just lazy(again, like me)and don't feel like doing the other steps you can go to the store and get some pesticide specially made for mites.
