I BOUGHT A SMALL PLANT AT WAL-MART CALLED RHOEO TRI-COLOR. NO ONE COULD TELL ME HOW OFTEN TO WATER IT AND HOW MUCH SUNSHINE IT SHOULD HAVE.

It likes lots of sun, it would even do well outside in a semi sunny place. It needs to be in a pot with a drainage hole and a drain tray. When you water it give it enough water so all the soil in the pot is moist and some water goes in the drain tray. Then do not water it again until the surface of the soil is dry and the pot feels lighter. It should not be watered again for at least 4 to 7 days. Fertilize it once a month with a water soluable fertilizer such as Miracle Grow and put it in the sunniest window you have. If you set it outside put it where it will get sun in the morning and shade in the hot afternoon. If you have more questions write again. Good luck.
