My indoor plants are related tp elephant ears and can grow to 8 feet .  I keep
getting white fuzz on the veins on the underside and as  tiny dots on front .

It would help to know just what plant species you have. White fuzz could be fungus or mealybugs. "Tiny dots" is not very specific.
