Thanks for the photos. Now, I can also confirm that it is a Dracaena massangeana.
Once this plant is mature enough to flower, it will usually flower once or twice per year as long as you don't repot it or relocate it or otherwise change its environment or your care.
Trim off the entire flower spike as soon as the flowers on each start to turn a bit brown. They can be quite messy when they start to fall off.
