Question
I have recently bought this plant and repotted it into a permanent pot and all of a sudden recently all the leaves are fallin off and some of the stems..not sure what is causein this or if i am doin somethin wrong..The bottom of the plant is lil more bushy than the top..It also stays in the house. Please help, any advice would be great

If you give a healthy looking leaf or stem a slight tug and it just pops off that抯 normal. A Schefflera arboricola will drop some of its leaves (usually the bottom ones) as it grows out.

It could also be because of light, water, or pests.

They like bright light and can handle some direct sun but not too much. I have one I keep off to the side of a west facing window that never gets direct sun and it does fine.
Over watering is probably one of the biggest problems for this plant. The soil should be aloud to dry out in-between waterings. A good test is to stick a finger down about 1 inch into the soil and if it抯 dry go ahead and give it a good long drink.  
To check for pests look under some of the leaves for white or brown colored specks. You could also check the soil for bugs as well.
