Thanks for the photos.
The first plant is a Jade plant. It is very old and has gotten just enough light to survive, but not enough to thrive. Move it to a sunny windowsill. You can also cut back the very long stems. Then new growth will emerge close to where you make the pruning cut. Be careful not to overwater your jade.
The next photo shows a plant that I cannot identify because it does not have any live leaves - just a couple of dead ones. Consequently, I don't know what to advise you.
The speckled plant is a Codiaeum Aucuba-leaf. It needs lots of direct sunlight so put it on your sunniest windowsill. Let the top inch of soil dry out in between waterings.
