My Devils Ivy/Pothos

Question
I have a devils ivy and the leaves are white with little green on them.  My question is why are the leaves white and some are dieing.  These are new plants for me and not sure what is wrong or if I am doing something wrong.  Can you help me?

Answer
Hi Krista,

Devil's ivy or Pothos are normally mostly green with either some white or yellow variegation.

If you have leaves that are pale and almost translucent, then that indicates That there is a root problem of some type. It could be from repotting, from soil that is too moist, or from an infection around the roots.

Can you send me a photo of the entire plant, including the pot? Also, tell me how log you have had it, when you last repotted, how much light it receives and your watering routine.
