QuestionHi Darlene,
Yes, the lights meet those requirements. A list of plants would be great. Thanks!

-----Question-----
Hello,
I work in a small office and wanted to spruce it up with a plant or two, however there are no windows to provide any light. I think this poses a problem in having a real plant, but are there any plants that I could keep in my office that need little to no sunlight? Thanks for your help!

Sarah,
If you have flourescent lights and they are on for at least 12 hours a day, 7 days a week you could use a low light plant. If the lights are not on every day I suggest that you use a silk flower arrangement to decorate your office.
If the lights are on 12 hours every day let me know and I will give you a list of low light plants. Good luck.

AnswerSarah,
The following sites have lists of plants for you:

My favorite would be the sansevieria. Good luck.
